The fees

You are here :
Nowadays, the fixing of fees is done consensually. It is established between the lawyer and his client a fee agreement.
(Law n° 2015-990 of August 6th, 2015).

THE DIFFERENT FORMS OF CALCULATING THE FEES

Fees based on time spent

The lawyer specifies to his clients the hourly rate that he proposes to apply if they choose the time spent method. He indicates to his clients the amount of time likely to be spent on the study and processing of the case. This rate may vary within the same firm depending on the cases handled. A higher hourly rate may be agreed upon in cases that justify it.

Flat fee

The lawyer and his client agree on a flat fee. The work covered by these fees must be precisely indicated.

Success Fees

The lawyer and his client may agree on additional fees based on the success, which must be expressly stipulated in an agreement previously concluded between the lawyer and his client, but the said agreement must also provide for the main fees for diligence.

Fees transparency

The firm does not handle cases for legal aid.

The first consultation is priced at 100 Euro (excluding tax), i.e. 120 Euro (including tax) for national law, and 150 Euro (excluding tax), i.e. 180 Euro (including tax) for international law.

Hourly rates :
  • Jean-Michel CAMUS :
    • National law : 350 Euro HT
    • International law : 450 Euro HT
  • Clara Libert : 250 Euro HT
  • Jurists : 150 Euro HT,
These hourly rates are revised annually.
