Defence of accused persons
Clara Libert is experienced in :
- Defending accused persons at the investigation stage (police custody, hearings), at the investigation stage, at the prosecution stage before the Criminal Court, but also at the stage of the execution of the sentence (in particular, requesting the modification of the sentence)
Defence of victims
Clara Libert is the privileged interlocutor for :
- The defence of victims at all stages of the proceedings and also until the execution of the judicial decision, by referring the case to the CIVI (Commission for the Compensation of Victims of Crime) or the SARVI (“Service d'aide au recouvrement des victimes d'infractions”).
